花菇栽培菌株的选用是获取优质高产高效的关键。目前我省多选用939、9015、135等菌株。9015、939出菇早,产量高,但菌柄偏粗偏长,菌盖裂纹浅,产品只宜保鲜,若是烘干后多为“茶花菇”或暗花菇,达不到优质的要求。135菌株朵大肉厚,菌柄短小,菌盖裂纹深,产品既可保鲜出口,又宜烘干,是目前品质最优的一个难得的花菇菌株。但该菌株若管理不当,在生产上易造成菌筒腐烂(高温烧菌),出菇迟,出菇量少。为此笔者进行了较深入的研究。
The selection of mushroom cultivation strains is the key to obtain high quality, high yield and high efficiency. At present, we choose 939,9015,135 more strains. 9015,939 fruiting early, high yield, but the stem partial thick partial length, cap crack shallow, the product should only be fresh, if more than dried for the “camellia” or dark mushroom, failing to meet the quality requirements. 135 strains of flesh and flesh, short stigma, cap deep crack, the product can be fresh exports, and should be dried, is currently the best quality of a rare mushroom strains. However, if the strain is improperly managed, it can easily cause bacteria tube decay (pyrogenic bacteria) in production, fruiting later, less fruiting quantity. To this end I conducted a more in-depth study.
