Objective To investigate the relationship between CD105 and VEGF and the occurrence and development of large intestine and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CD105 and VEGF in 92 cases of colorectal cancer. Results The positive expressions of CD105 and VEGF were 38.09%, 23.52%, 42.86% and 55.88% in the group without serosal invasion and lymph node metastasis, respectively. The positive expressions of CD105 and VEGF were 78.00% and 84.48 in the group with serosal invasion and lymph node metastasis, respectively. The expression of % and 76.00%, 87.93%, CD105 and VEGF were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion CD105 and VEGF play an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. The combined detection of the above gene proteins is of great significance in predicting the biological behavior and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
