目的建立一种快速测定复方维生素片中微囊化β-胡萝卜素的反相高效液相色谱法。方法样品经0.1 mol/L的碳酸钠溶液破坏微囊,甲醇-乙腈(7∶3,V/V)混合溶液超声提取,采用Agilent SB-C_8柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)分离,流动相为甲醇-乙腈(9∶1,V/V),检测波长为448 nm。结果β-胡萝卜素在本试验色谱条件下能完全分离,其线性范围为0.41~6.20μg/ml,平均回收率99.4%~103.3%,RSD<2.0%。结论该方法操作简便,能测定复方维生素片中微囊化β-胡萝卜素,精密度和回收率高,重复性好,结果符合要求。
Objective To establish a rapid determination of microencapsulated vitamin D tablets β-carotene by RP-HPLC. Methods The samples were destructed into microcapsules by 0.1 mol / L sodium carbonate solution and the mixture was extracted with methanol and acetonitrile (7: 3, V / V) and separated on a Agilent SB-C_8 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) The phase was methanol-acetonitrile (9: 1, V / V) and the detection wavelength was 448 nm. Results β-carotene could be completely separated under the chromatographic conditions of this experiment. The linear range was 0.41 ~ 6.20μg / ml. The average recovery was 99.4% ~ 103.3% with RSD <2.0%. Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate. It can determine microencapsulated β-carotene in compound vitamin tablets with high precision and recovery, good reproducibility and satisfactory results.
