目的了解大连市医护人员手卫生现状及其影响因素,以改善和提高手卫生质量。方法按GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》要求对医护人员手进行采样及检测。结果 3年共采样429份,合格289份,总合格率为66.44%,2007-2009年合格率依次为63.06%、63.69%和73.91%;医生手合格率为52.24%,护士手合格率为73.31%,手消毒剂处理手合格率(86.79%)高于洗手合格率(49.06%),接触病人前手卫生执行率仅10%。结论大连市医护人员手卫生现状不理想,应强化手卫生意识,完善医院洗手设施,严格执行手卫生制度。
Objective To understand the status quo of hand hygiene in health care workers in Dalian and its influencing factors so as to improve and improve hand hygiene quality. Methods according to GB15982-1995 “hospital disinfection health standards” requirements for medical staff sampling and testing. Conclusion The current situation of hand hygiene in medical staff in Dalian is not satisfactory. It is necessary to strengthen hand hygiene awareness, improve hand washing facilities in hospitals and strictly enforce hand hygiene system.
