土壤钾素有效性的研究至今已有近百年的历史,并先后提出了生物、化学及物理化学等方法.国内外许多学者曾以不同的指示作物来研究过不同地区土壤钾素的有效提取方法。但以烟草为指示作物,对烟草土壤钾素的有效提取方法进行相关研究的报道甚少.我们采集了山东烟区能种植烟草的九种土壤进行连续的盆栽试验,测定烟株的吸钾总量,利用五种化学提取方法和电超滤方法对栽前土壤进行钾素的有效提取测定,以求得一种与烟株吸钾的相关性好,适合于基层烟草生产单位应用的烟草土壤钾素提取的有效方法.
So far, the study of soil potassium availability has been nearly 100 years old and many biological, chemical and physicochemical methods have been put forward.Many scholars at home and abroad have used different indicator crops to study the effective methods of soil potassium extraction in different regions . However, there are few reports about the effective extraction method of potassium in tobacco soil with tobacco as the indicator crop.We collected nine kinds of soil that can grow tobacco in Shandong tobacco area for continuous pot experiment, Amount, using five chemical extraction methods and electric ultrafiltration method of soil potassium in the plant before the effective extraction determination, in order to obtain a good correlation with potassium absorption of tobacco plants, suitable for grass-roots tobacco production units of tobacco soil Effective method of potassium extraction.
