党的建设是行政事业单位健康成长的重要内容和根本保证,是本单位和谐发展的关键因素。结合长期在行政事业单位进行党务工作的实践,对目前行政事业单位党务工作存在问题进行剖析,并提出相应的可行应对措施。
The construction of the party is the important content and the fundamental guarantee for the healthy growth of the administrative institutions and is the key factor for the harmonious development of this unit. Combined with the long-term practice of party work in administrative institutions, this paper analyzes the existing problems of party work in administrative units and puts forward corresponding feasible measures.
