1.前言很多钢铁零件都采用热处理来进行表面处理,以提高其耐磨性、耐疲劳性、耐烧接性及耐腐蚀性。在这些处理方法中,在低温下进行表面硬化的方法之共同点是,零件处理后的变形小,处理后多不必再行加工、处理也容易、适合于大批量生产。因此作为表面处理之一的软氮化法自1965年开始就迅速发展起来,并在各种工业中获得日益广泛的应用。作者在此仅就日本汽车工业中软氮化处理的发展作些介绍。关于软氮化的机理、冶金学的研究在其它文献里已有详细说明;故在此从略。
1. Introduction Many steel parts are heat treated for surface treatment to improve their wear resistance, fatigue resistance, seizure resistance and corrosion resistance. Among these processing methods, the method of performing surface hardening at a low temperature has in common the point that after the parts are treated, the deformation after the parts is small, the processing is unnecessary, the processing is easy, and the processing is easy and the processing is suitable for mass production. Therefore, as one of the surface treatment of soft nitriding since 1965 rapid development, and in a variety of industries have been increasingly widely used. Here, the author only introduces the development of soft nitriding in Japan’s automobile industry. As for the mechanism of soft nitriding, the study of metallurgy has been described in detail in other documents; therefore, it is omitted here.
