成都证券监管办公室:你办《关于四川省天风证券经纪有限责任公司成都走马街证券营业部设立证券服务部的初审意见》(成证办[2001]47号)及相关材料收悉。经审核,现批复如下:一、同意四川省天风证券经纪有限责任公司设立成都走马街证券营业部什邡证券服务部和江油证券服务部。二、我会对上述两家证券服务部拟任负责人姚跃进和章力言的任职资格无异议。
Chengdu Securities Regulatory Office: You have completed the “Preliminary Opinion on the Establishment of Securities Services Department of Chengdu Suma Street Securities Business Department” (Cheng Shui Ban [2001] No. 47) issued by Sichuan Tianfeng Securities Brokerage Co., Ltd. and related materials. Approved, are hereby approved as follows: First, the agreement is that Sichuan Tianfeng Securities Brokerage Co., Ltd. has established the Shimao Securities Department and the Jiangyou Securities Department in Chengdu, China. Second, I shall have no objection to the qualifications of Yao Yuejin, the person in charge of the two securities services departments mentioned above.
