目的研究华丽芒毛苣苔(Aeschynanthus superbus Clarke)的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱法分离,运用多种波谱技术鉴定结构。结果从华丽芒毛苣苔甲醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物:β-谷甾醇(1),羽扇豆醇(2),carissol(3),3-hydroxy-20(29)-lupen-28-oic acid(4),3β-hydroxy-5,12-oleanadien-28-oic-acid(5),芹菜素(6),5,7,4’-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(7),熊果酸(8)和β-胡萝卜苷(9)。结论化合物1~9为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中2~7为首次从该科植物中得到,8~9为首次从该属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Aeschynanthus superbus Clarke. Methods Various chromatographic methods were used to identify the structures using a variety of spectroscopic techniques. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the methanolic extract of Radix angustifolia: β-sitosterol (1), lupine (2), carissol (3), 3-hydroxy- oic acid (4), 3β-hydroxy-5,12-oleanadien-28-oic acid (5), apigenin (6), 5,7,4’-trihydroxy- , Ursolic acid (8) and beta-daucosterol (9). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time, of which 2 to 7 were obtained from this plant for the first time and 8 to 9 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
