无对照研究显示,普通肝素作为辅助治疗能减轻对糖皮质激素耐药的溃疡性结肠炎病人的症状,提高愈合率,减少肿瘤坏死因子和Ｃ反应性蛋白(ＣＲＰ)的浓度,改善溃疡性结肠炎的肠道外表现。作者行对照研究旨在观察作为辅助疗法使用的普通肝素能否改善中、重度溃疡性结肠炎病人的临床症状。
