当前,渎职侵权案件呈现出了新的态势和特点,笔者着重从构建高效的侦查运行机制和建设专业化的侦查队伍等方面,谈谈如何加强对渎职侵权案件侦查的办法,以提高查办渎职侵权案件的侦查能力。
