本文报告一39岁男性 ph′阳性慢性粒细胞白血病患者,单用马利兰治疗获部分缓解.但很快发生急红变,继于联合化疗中一度出现急粒变,最终演变为全髓增生.我们称之为全髓性急变。就我们所知,此种急变在文献中为首次报道.
This article reports a 39-year-old male ph ’-positive chronic myeloid leukemia treated with melilide alone partially relieved but rapidly catastrophic, followed by acute granulopathy at once in combination with chemotherapy, eventually evolving into myeloproliferation. Call it a pandemic. To the best of our knowledge, such rapid changes are reported in the literature for the first time.
