本文提出一个基于在酸性介质中,甲基绿与亚硝酸根发生亚硝化反应极谱法测定亚硝酸根的新方法.在0.05mol/L盐酸介质中,甲基绿的亚硝化产物于-0.72v(vs.SCE)产生一灵敏的二次导数峰,亚硝酸根浓度在8.7×10~(-8)-4.3×10~(-6)mol/L范围内与二次导数峰高成直线关系.试验了30多种离子对测定的影响,初步探讨了极谱波的性质,拟定了测定水、土壤中亚硝酸根的方法.对环境水质标准样五次平行测定的相对标准偏差为0.78%,加标回收率为98-101%.
In this paper, we present a new polarographic method for the determination of nitrite based on the nitrosation reaction of methyl green with nitrite in an acidic medium. In 0.05 mol / L hydrochloric acid medium, the nitrosation products of methyl green at -0.72 v (vs.SCE) produced a sensitive second derivative peak. The concentration of nitrite was linear with the second derivative peak in the range of 8.7 × 10 -8 -4.3 × 10 -6 mol / L The relationship between the determination of more than 30 kinds of ions was tested, the nature of the polarographic wave was preliminarily discussed, and the method of determination of nitrite in water and soil was developed.The relative standard deviation of five parallel determination of environmental water quality standard was 0.78 %, The recovery rate of 98-101%.
