白癜风的病因尚不清楚,目前提出的几种假说中以自身免疫机制得到普遍支持。最近发现多数活动期患者血清中有抗正常黑素细胞的自身抗体,进一步支持白癜风的自身免疫假说。本文作者用抗淋巴细胞单克隆抗体,以间接免疫荧光技术对32例白癜风患者和21名正常人外周血中的T淋巴细胞及其亚群进行了比较研究,并用免疫荧光技术计数带有膜IgM的细胞数,测定外周血中的B淋巴细胞水平。结果发现:患者外周血中T淋巴细胞总数正常;辅助性T细胞(T_H)数较正常明显增高(P<0.0005);抑制性T细胞(Ts)仅稍增多;T_H/T_s比率增高(P<0.0125)。由于T淋巴细胞增多,患者血中B淋巴细胞明显减少(P<0.0025)。这种T_H/T_s比率增高,通常见于与自身抗体的产生有关的一些自身免疫病(如溶血性贫血、重症肌无力或Berger病)中,因此作者认为,本研究结果支持白癜风的
