目的:对3种国产栽培紫锥菊进行生药学研究。方法:分别对3种紫锥菊的根、茎、叶进行性状观察,并依据2015版《中国药典》对其根、茎、叶的横切面及根粉末进行显微观察及拍照,应用薄层色谱法对3种紫锥菊进行理化鉴别。结果:3种紫锥菊虽然各个性状极其相似,但三者还是有一些区别点。结论:研究结果可为3种紫锥菊的准确使用提供理论依据。
Objective: To study the pharmacognosy of three domestic cultivated Echinacea. Methods: The roots, stems and leaves of three species of Echinacea were observed under light microscope. The cross section of root, stem and leaf and the root powder were observed and photographed according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015. By TLC, Physical and chemical identification of three species of Echinacea. Results: Although the three species of Echinacea were very similar, there were some differences among the three species. Conclusion: The results provide a theoretical basis for the accurate use of three species of Echinacea.
