现代企业在国内的经济竞争压力不断增大的情况下,很多管理模式不规范的问题不涌现出来。本文重点分析了现代企业在管理模式中存在的一些问题,提出了一系列的增强管理模式规范化的建议和措施,帮助企业走向经济管理的新常态。
With the increasing pressure of economic competition in the country, many modern enterprises have not emerged the problem of non-standard management mode. This article focuses on analyzing some problems existing in the management mode of modern enterprises and puts forward a series of suggestions and measures to enhance the standardization of management mode so as to help enterprises to move towards the new normal of economic management.
