居住区位于莫斯科东郊,乘地铁20分钟可到达首都中心。用地700公顷,北东南三面被铁路公路包围,西面是大片森林。用地中有276公顷是居住用地,居民129000人,居住面积116万平米。居住区共分7个小区(其中有几个小区面积达45公顷),分为南北两部分。南部有4个小区,设一个商业中心。北部有3个小区,另设一个商业中心。全居住区的中心及绿地则在南北两部分之间,设有大型影剧院和体育设施等,在大片绿地中还建有中央团校。交通方面,车行道与步行道分开。小区之间设车行道,居民可乘公共汽车
The residential area is located in the eastern suburbs of Moscow and is a 20-minute metro ride to the capital’s center. With a site area of 700 hectares, the northeast and southeast sides are surrounded by railway roads and the west is surrounded by large forests. 276 hectares of the site is residential land, with 129,000 residents and a living area of 1.16 million square meters. The residential area is divided into 7 communities (of which several are 45 hectares), divided into two parts: North and South. There are 4 communities in the south, with a commercial center. There are three communities in the north and another business center. The center of the entire residential area and the green space are located between the north and south parts.
