目的 比较直接前方入路(DAA)与后外侧入路(PLA)在初次行全髋关节置换术(THA)患者的临床效果.方法 将57例初次行THA的患者随机分为DAA手术方式组(A组,27例)和PLA手术方式组(B组,30例),比较两组术后治疗效果.结果 与B组相比,A组手术切口长度缩短,手术时间延长,住院时间减少,术后Harris髋关节评分增加(P0.05).结论 与PLA手术比较,初次行THA患者采用DAA具有创伤小、恢复快和费用少等优势.“,”Objective To compare the efficacy of total hip arthroplasty(THA) via direct anterior approach(DAA) or posterior lateral approach(PLA) in patients underwent primary THA.Methods A total of 57 patients undergoing primary THA was randomly divided into two groups of A(operated via DAA,27 cases) and B(operated via PLA,30 cases).The clinical outcomes were compared between two groups.Results Compared with group B,group A had shorter length of surgical incision,longer operation time and hospital stay,and better Harris hip score after operation(P0.05).Conclusion Compared to PLA,primary THA via DAA has the advantages of smaller trauma,quicker recovery and less medical costs.
