次级调节液压加载实验台是基于次级调节原理设计而成的,它主要包括转速控制和扭矩控制两个组成部分,两者之间刚性连接,存在着严重的耦合现象。对系统的工作原理进行了详尽的分析,并对系统的耦合现象进行了研究,采用解耦控制理论对加载系统进行解耦,经过仿真研究,收到了良好的效果。事实证明,加载系统的耦合现象可以通过解耦方法来消除。
Secondary adjustment hydraulic loading test bench is based on the secondary regulation principle designed, it mainly includes speed control and torque control two components, the two rigid connection, there is a serious coupling phenomenon. The working principle of the system is analyzed in detail, and the coupling phenomenon of the system is studied. The decoupling control theory is used to decouple the loading system. After simulation, it has received good results. It turns out that the coupling phenomenon of loading system can be eliminated by decoupling method.
