在普鲁卡因－芬太尼－国产阿曲库铵－氧平衡麻醉下行择期腹部手术３０例。用加速度仪监测国产阿曲库铵的神经肌肉阻滞特点，同时监测循环系统功能变化。结果表明，竞争型肌松药国产阿曲库铵的肌松作用与进口阿曲库铵相同。０．４ｍｇ／ｋｇ剂量组的起效时间为（１．０±０．３４）分钟，Ｔ４／Ｔ１＝２５％恢复时间为（４０．２７±８．６２）分钟，它对心血管系统无明显影响；０．８ｍｇ／ｋｇ剂量组静注阿曲库铵心率明显增快、平均动脉压明显下降，与进口制剂相似。因此，国产阿曲库铵可以替代进口制剂进入临床使用。
