近年来,随着社会的进步和各种能源消耗量的增加,煤炭企业在不断的发展。煤炭企业的发展离不开科学的内部管理,而在企业的内部管理中,精细化管理是较为先进和科学的管理方式,对企业的发展具有重要的意义。我国目前煤炭企业中精细化管理具有的特点主要是:以文化建设为基本的导引;以要素管理为主要的主体;以信息化建设为基本支撑;以岗位价值为目标;以内部市场化为主线以及以现场管理为基础。本文主要概括了煤炭企业管理中精细化管理的机理,简述了精细化管理在煤炭企业中的重要意义。
