目的:研究蒙药手掌参-37味丸对亚急性衰老模型小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。方法:120只ICR雌性小鼠按体重随机分为6组:正常对照组、衰老模型组、维生素E组、蒙药手掌参-37味丸高、中、低剂量给药组。除正常对照组外,其余各组均采用颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖,120 mg·kg-1,1次/d,续7周,建立亚急性衰老模型小鼠。同时蒙药手掌参-37味丸高、中、低剂量给药组小鼠灌胃0.5 mL/只(2.4、1.2、0.6 g·kg-1,生理盐水配制)手掌参-37味丸,维生素E组小鼠灌胃等体积(38.9 mg·kg-1,生理盐水配制)维生素E。7周后处死小鼠,摘眼球取血,检测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),丙二醛含量增多(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,蒙药手掌参-37味丸各给药组小鼠学血清中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性增强(P<0.01,P<0.05),丙二醛含量降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:药手掌参-37味丸对亚急衰老模型小鼠具有抗衰老作用,其作用机制与提高小鼠的血清抗氧化酶的活性,降低丙二醛含量有关,从而增强小鼠抗氧化能力和免疫功能。
Objective: To study the effects of Mongolian palms tablet-37 (WM) on the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in subacute aging mice. Results: Compared with the normal group, the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase in the model group were significantly decreased (P <0.01, P <0.05) and the contents of malondialdehyde P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase in serum of mice treated with Mongolian hand-palm-37-wei pills were significantly increased (P <0.01, P <0.05 ), MDA content decreased (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion: Pharmacopoeia -37weixu pill has an anti-aging effect on sub-acute aging mice and its mechanism is related to increasing serum anti-oxidase activity and reducing malondialdehyde content in mice, thereby enhancing anti-oxidation ability of mice And immune function.
