可持续发展是当今世界在环境和社会领域内所面临的首要问题,而住宅又是环境和社会的重要组成部分。住宅建设能源物质消耗量庞大,本文从介绍资源循环利用的定义入手,以建筑的可持续理论为依据,分析了住宅全寿命周期的能源物质消耗,阐述了住宅从规划设计到处理再生利用阶段全过程中断应采取的策略和应处理的问题,为相似的住宅设计提供了参考。
Sustainable development is the primary problem facing the environment and society in the world today. Housing is also an important part of the environment and society. This article starts with the definition of recycling of resources, and analyzes the energy consumption of the whole life cycle of residential buildings based on the sustainable theory of buildings.
