目的:建立大黄泻火滴丸中大黄素的含量测定测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定大黄素的含量。色谱柱为ZORBAX XDB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(80:20:0.1)为流动相,检测波长445 nm,柱温为室温,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:大黄素在0.01~0.10μg与峰面积有良好的线性关系r=0.999 7,平均回收率为99.1%(RSD=1.34%)。结论:方法精密度高,重复性好,可用于测定大黄素的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of emodin in dahuangxian fire dripping pills. Methods: The content of emodin was determined by RP-HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of ZORBAX XDB-C 18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (80:20: 0.1) and the detection wavelength was 445 nm. The column temperature was at room temperature and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1). Results: There was a good linear relationship between emodin and peak area (r = 0.999 7), and the average recovery was 99.1% (RSD = 1.34%). Conclusion: The method has high precision and good repeatability and can be used to determine the emodin content.
