利用HIV受体CD4分子V1V2区的基因取代绿脓毒素(PE)中与细胞结合的功能区domainⅠ的基因,构建CD4V1V2-PE40融合基因并在大肠杆菌中表达出CD4V1V2-PE40融合蛋白。该融合蛋白可杀灭被HIV感染的细胞,中和游离的HIV,有希望成为治疗艾滋病的一种新药。
The CD4V1V2-PE40 fusion gene was constructed and the CD4V1V2-PE40 fusion protein was expressed in Escherichia coli by using the gene of domain V1 of cell region associated with the cytokines in the green porphyrin (PE) by replacing the V1V2 region of HIV receptor CD4 molecule. The fusion protein can kill HIV-infected cells and neutralize free HIV, promising to be a new drug for the treatment of AIDS.
