Human resource management in hospitals is a kind of management that is aimed at various medical activities and human resources in the hospital and provides the structural guarantee for the normal operation and healthy development of the hospital. The author regards the hospital as the main research object and elaborates and discusses in detail the basic meaning, the main content, the characteristics, the optimization conditions and the improvement measures of the hospital human resource management in the new era respectively.
