我们平时所说的水土保持一般情况下是指,对水土流失的情况所采取的人为的预防措施和治理措施。水土的保持措施能够改善生态环境,保持土地的生产力,所以采取水土保持的措施,在我们的生产生活中尤为重要。在水利工程建设中由于水土流失的原因不同,也必须严格根据水土流失的原因,对症下药,在保持水土的前提下,创造更多的社会经济效益,作为可持续发展的重要部分,对于水土的保护是势在必行的。
