小学语文教学是比较重要的,小学语文教学中也要渗透进情绪的教学,帮助学生学会调节他们的情绪,小学生的社会经验少,知识储备也不足,很多时候他们无法正确地揣摩出别人的情绪,也无法有效地调节自己的情绪。老师在教学的时候,要注意培养学生的情绪调节能力,让学生学会正确地理解情绪和表达情绪,还可以学会调节自己的情绪。本文旨在研究如何在小学语文教学中培养学生情绪调节能力。
