研究了高参数透平压缩机械迷宫密封气流激振的机理,提出了一种消振型迷宫密封结构,试验结果证明在密封腔内加入纵向阻挡片,有效地阻止流体在腔内的周向旋转,提高了密封刚度,获得了满意的消振效果。
In this paper, the vibration excitation mechanism of a labyrinth sealed gas turbine with high-parameter turbo-compressor is studied. A kind of damping-type labyrinth seal structure is proposed.
