这一项计划叫枫叶盟,实施已有好几年,估计要待2015年才能完成,参与者全属义工。他们拨出宝贵时间,去到世界各地军人坟场,寻找记录加拿大在一次及二次大战阵亡兵士,拍摄记录,希望有一日可以把各地阵亡士兵统统运返本国安葬。
This plan is called Maple Leaf League. It has been implemented for several years and it is estimated that it will not be completed until 2015. All the participants are volunteers. They set aside valuable time and went to military cemeteries around the world to find and record Canada’s fallen soldiers in World War I and World War II and to take their records so that they could one day transport all the fallen soldiers to their own countries.
