“延安电影团”的诞生由中国共产党直接领导的人民电影事业,创始于抗日战争开始后的1938年。人们一般认为最早建立的电影机构是“延安电影团”。其实,我党建立的第一个电影机构是“陕甘宁边区抗敌电影社”。1938年3月30日的中共中央机关报《新中华报》,刊登了《陕甘宁边区抗敌电影社成立启事》。在《启事》中提出电影社的两个任务是:“用抗战中的血的经验来教训我们全国的人民”和“告诉全世界人民,中华民族是怎样英勇地在为着正义而抗战”。《新中华报》又在4月10日对“边区抗敌电影社”的
