兵团黄田农场讲究实效,不搞形式,狠抓管理与责任制的落实。十年来,林业生产大发展,出现了林茂粮丰畜旺,经济翻番的喜人景象。全场现有各种树木三百六十九万株,林园面积达一万八千多亩,占耕地总面积45.7％,人均有树四百四十株。树木覆盖率和人均占有树,为新疆所有农场的首位。林业的飞速发展,改变了全场生态环境和生产条件,大大促进了农牧副渔的发展。其中,粮食单产由二百三十斤,猛增到五百多斤。一九八二年扭转了多年亏损的局面,一九八四年总产值达到六百六十多万元,提前一年实现翻番的目标。一九八五年更上一层楼,总产值达到一千一百七十万元,职工个人收入比一九七五年增长一倍多。这个场曾先后多次被评为兵团、自治区和全国植树造林先进单位。

This field has repeatedly been rated as Corps, autonomous regions and afforestation advanced units nationwide.
