对于齿形较小的锯齿形离合器,我们可以使用单角铣刀在卧式铣床上加工而成。但是,当锯齿形离合器的齿形较大或齿数较少时,再用这种铣加工的方法就不行了。这是因为,正确的锯齿形离合器的齿槽斜面应该是一个螺旋面(如图1)。因此,上述的铣加工也就反映出它只是一种近似的替代办法,只能适用于齿形较小时这种特殊情况,而不适用于一般的情况。而且由于锯齿形离合器齿形的不同、外径尺寸的不同、齿深和齿数的不同,则齿槽角就不同。因此要完全按照齿槽角来选择单角铣刀也是困难的。
For smaller toothed clutches, we can use single-angle milling on a horizontal milling machine. However, when the zigzag clutch has a large gear shape or a small number of teeth, it is not acceptable to re-use the milling method. This is because the correct serration of the serrated clutch should be a helical surface (Figure 1). Therefore, the above milling also reflects that it is only an approximate alternative, only applies when the tooth profile is small, but not for the general case. And because the sawtooth clutch tooth shape is different, the different size of the outer diameter, the tooth depth and the number of teeth is different, then the tooth angle is different. Therefore, it is also difficult to select a single corner milling cutter exactly in accordance with the cogging angle.
