城市道路隧道的运营经验表明,内部设施故障、交通事故以及火灾引起的灾害等出现的频率相对较高,这与国内外的公路(或道路)隧道所出现的运行灾害的频率趋势基本上是一致的。我们针对延安东路隧道的运营实际情况,对可能发生的灾害进行了系统而全面的分析,并在分析评价的基础上进行了防灾预案的编制,为城市道路隧道的安全运营管理提供了新的手段。
Operational experience of urban road tunnels shows that the frequency of internal facility failures, traffic accidents and fire-related disasters is relatively high, which is basically consistent with the frequency trend of operational disasters occurring in domestic and overseas road (or road) tunnels of.
