保障临床用药的合理安全有效,已受到国内外医药界的普遍关注。为了提高临床用药水平,我们认为以下几个方面很值得重视。 进一步提高处方质量。处方是一种医疗文件,理应文字准确,内容合理。全军第三次药学专业学术会议收到军内一些单位对门诊处方和住院病历用药情况的调查资料,反映处方中书写不正规,以及因医生不熟悉药物作用机理、理化性质、复方成分、毒副作用、剂量和用法而出现的用药不当相当常见,有的基层医院用药不当的处方占27.8％。处方分析有助于推动临床用药合理化。今后,对不合理用药的判断都应以可靠的原始文献和临床实践为依据,以提高处方分析的科学性。
Safeguarding the rational and effective clinical use of drugs has drawn the widespread attention of the medical circles at home and abroad.
