钡中毒多因误服碳酸钡、氯化钡或食用含钡量过高的食盐所致。随着工农业生产的发展,钡盐应用日趋广泛,其人畜中毒机会相对增多。现将我们所遇一例报告如下。 病历摘要 患者张某,男性,36岁,于1983年6月13日21时30分以食物中毒急诊入院。患者自诉于入院当天用市售“小苏打”发面蒸馒头,午餐食入约二两。14时30分自感恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻,先后吐泻各3次;伴口周、舌、面部麻木感及全身肌肉软弱无力,至17时肌无力逐渐加重,全身呈软瘫状,遂来就诊。
