我在‘化學’第十三卷一二兩期中,看到‘化學名詞草案’之一部份,乃是由工作小組六位委員,抽百忙之暇彙集刊布的。如此艱鉅工作,由五六人負起責任,努力進行,其服務精神,實可欽佩。據工作小組的報告及吳承洛先生發表的文章,此項草案並不是最後决定,而是有待於全國的化學工作者及一般群衆,提出修改或補充意見。尤其是中國化學會,接受了政府的委託,從事編輯名詞,所負使命何等重大。我們化學工作者,都應當悉心檢討,知無不言,言無不盡,以求搞出一部比較完善
During the 12th and 12th semester of Chemistry in the 13th volume of Chemistry, I saw part of the Chemical Name Proposition drafted by six members of the working group. Such arduous work is shouldered by five or six people and their hard work is carried out. Their service spirit can really be admired. According to the report of the working group and the article published by Mr. Wu Chengluo, this draft is not the final decision but needs to be revised or supplemented by chemical workers and the general public throughout the country.
