目的:测定小儿平喘配方颗粒及煎荆颗粒中桂皮醛的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Hypersil ODS2柱,乙腈- 0.1%磷酸溶液(40:60)为流动相,检测波长250 nm。结果:桂皮醛在(0.089~0.89)μg范围内与峰面积之间线性关系良好(r =0.999 9);桂皮醛在小儿平喘配方颗粒中的回收率为101.40%,RSD为1.42%。结论:配方颗粒与煎剂颗粒的色谱图基本一致,配方颗粒中桂皮醛含量高于煎剂颗粒。
Objective: To determine the content of cinnamic aldehyde in pediatric Pingchuan formula granules and Jianjing granules. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography, Hypersil ODS2 column, acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (40:60) as mobile phase, detection wavelength 250 nm. RESULTS: The linear relationship between cinnamaldehyde in the range of (0.089-0.89) μg and the peak area was good (r = 0.999 9). The recovery of cinnamaldehyde was 101.40% in children’s anti-asthma formula granules and the RSD was 1.42%. Conclusion: The chromatograms of the formulation granules and decoction granules are basically the same, and the content of cinnamaldehyde in the formula granules is higher than that of the decoction granule
