Recently, with the agreement of the party Central Committee and the approval of the party Central Committee, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued the “Proposal on the Full Implementation of the Discipline Inspection Agency Organized by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection to the Central Party’s and State Organs at the Central Authorities”. The Plan embodies the requirements of the party constitution and is an innovative achievement of thoroughly implementing the spirit of the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and advancing the party’s discipline inspection system reform. The promulgation of the “Plan” has brought about the full coverage of the supervision and control over the party and the state organs at the central level. It is very significant for strengthening supervision within the party, for promoting a thorough and solemn rule of the party and for consolidating the party’s governing foundation.
