目的了解卫生机构对在社区卫生服务中开展基因检测服务的态度,并针对存在的问题提出相关建议。方法采用典型调查,对杭州市、及其下辖的下城区卫生行政机构及部分社区卫生服务中心的相关负责人和责任医生进行访谈调查。结果相关卫生机构负责人本身对基因检测服务了解不足,对开展基因检测服务均持保守态度,认为开展基因检测服务的诸多条件还不成熟:缺少政策依据、居民对基因检测服务了解少、传统健康思想影响严重、健康干预依从性差、隐私安全、检测费用高等。结论在社区卫生服务中开展基因检测服务,时机尚未成熟,各方面条件还不具备。但是,存在的问题为今后开展基因检测服务工作提供了很好的着手点。
Objective To understand the attitude of health agencies in carrying out genetic testing services in community health services and make relevant suggestions on the existing problems. Methods A typical survey was conducted to interview the responsible persons and responsible doctors of Hangzhou and its subordinate city health administrative agencies and some community health service centers. Results The heads of relevant health agencies themselves lacked a sufficient understanding of genetic testing services and were conservative about carrying out genetic testing services. Many of the conditions for conducting genetic testing services were not yet mature: lack of policy basis, residents’ less understanding of genetic testing services and traditional health Severe thought, poor compliance with health interventions, privacy and security, and higher testing costs. Conclusions The timing of genetic testing services in community health services is not yet ripe and all the conditions are not yet met. However, the existing problems provide a good starting point for future genetic testing services.
