减小车用钢板弹簧片间的摩擦,可以提高乘车舒适性,减少接触疲劳,使疲劳寿命增加.本文着重从力学角度考虑钢板弹簧的结构优化设计.研究发现,钢板弹簧片间接触主要发生在簧片端部,采用端部压延的方法可以获得理想减摩效果.文章使用ABAQUS有限元软件进行接触有限元分析,通过模拟钢板弹簧的迟滞回线判断实施减摩措施以后平均摩擦力的减小量与未处理钢板弹簧相比.端部压延厚度值与摩擦减小百分比呈线性关系,压延长度值与摩擦减小百分比呈非线性关系.
