江苏东台县时堰镇的嵇东、新嵇两个村,仅一河之隔,村组规模和经济基础也基本相同。近年来,两个村同时起步办企业,嵇东村办一个兴旺一个,目前已发展到11个;新嵇村先后办了10个村组企业,倒闭了7个,现存的8个也不景气。他们为什么会出现这大的区别呢?通过调查,主要是由于两个村的财务管理水平不同。一、在选用财会人员上。嵇东村通过考试考核,在全村录用了22名企业会计,其中高中毕业11人,初中毕业10人;党员8名,团员4名,有6人参加会计
