目的 :探讨黄芪通脉汤对实验性动脉粥样硬化动物的作用。方法 :造高脂血症大鼠模型 ,观察黄芪通脉汤对高脂血症大鼠体外血栓形成、血液黏度、血小板聚集率的影响 ;造 AS鹌鹑模型 ,观察黄芪通脉汤对 AS鹌鹑血脂、血浆 NO、ET、TXB2 、6-keto-PGF1α等的影响。结果 :黄芪通脉汤能降低模型大鼠的血液黏度和血小板聚集率 ,抑制其体外血栓形成 ,降低 AS鹌鹑血浆胆固醇 ( CH)、三酰甘油 ( TG)、L DL-c、LPO、apo-B、ET含量 ,升高 HDL-c、apo A-I、NO含量 ,并有降低其血浆 TXB2 ,升高 6-keto-PGF1α的趋势。结论 :该方剂作用于 AS发生发展的多个环节 ,不仅能防止 AS的发生发展 ,而且具有促进 AS消退的作用。
Objective: To explore the effect of Huangqi Tongmai Decoction on experimental atherosclerosis animals. METHODS: A rat model of hyperlipidemia was established to observe the effects of Huangqi Tongmai Decoction on thrombosis, blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in hyperlipidemia rats. AS model was established to observe the effect of Huangqi Tongmai decoction on AS lipids. Effects of plasma NO, ET, TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1α, etc. Results: Huangqi Tongmai Decoction can reduce the blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate of model rats, inhibit their in vitro thrombosis, and reduce AS cholesterol levels (CH), triglyceride (TG), L DL-c, LPO, apo- B, ET content, increased HDL-c, apo AI, NO content, and decreased its plasma TXB2, increased 6-keto-PGF1α trend. Conclusion: The prescription acts on multiple stages of the development of AS, which can not only prevent the occurrence and development of AS, but also have the effect of promoting the regression of AS.
