目的探讨发育性髋关节脱位（DDH）患儿Salter骨盆截骨联合股骨旋转截骨术的围术期护理对策。方法回顾分析16例DDH患儿的临床资料,术前加强患儿及家长的心理护理、健康教育,术后加

目的探讨发育性髋关节脱位（DDH）患儿Salter骨盆截骨联合股骨旋转截骨术的围术期护理对策。方法回顾分析16例DDH患儿的临床资料,术前加强患儿及家长的心理护理、健康教育,术后加强病情观察、饮食指导、疼痛护理、康复训练,做好髋人字石膏护理、会阴护理等护理对策并认真实施。结果 16例Salter骨盆截骨联合股骨旋转截骨术患儿术后均恢复满意,无相关并发症发生。结论为Salter骨盆截骨术联合股骨旋转截骨术患儿制定科学合理的围术期护理对策并认真实施,可减少术后并发症发生,确保手术顺利完成。
