目的了解某电子企业新增电镀镍金线项目职业病危害控制效果,提出相应的控制措施。方法通过职业卫生调查、检查表法等收集资料,结合职业病危害因素检测结果进行综合评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为盐酸、硫酸、可溶性镍化合物、氰化氢、氢氧化钠和噪声,且检测结果均合格。结论该项目具有完善的管理体系,也设置了有效的防护设施,但仍需进一步完善,更好地控制职业病危害。
Objective To understand the control effect of occupational hazards on the newly-added nickel electroplating nickel line in an electronic enterprise and put forward the corresponding control measures. Methods Through occupational health survey, check the table method and other data collected, combined with occupational disease hazard test results for comprehensive evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards in the project were hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, soluble nickel compounds, hydrogen cyanide, sodium hydroxide and noise, and the test results were qualified. Conclusion The project has a sound management system, but also set up effective protective facilities, but still need to be further improved to better control occupational hazards.
