应用ICP-AES法测定食品接触材料中铝溶出量。样品用4%乙酸浸泡24h,针对浸泡液性质,优化选用仪器工作条件和铝元素测定波长。结果表明,浸泡液加标回收率范围85%~105%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~4.2%,检出限为0.012mg/L;5类食品接触材料中铝溶出量:铝制品>不锈钢>陶瓷>玻璃和塑料。
Determination of aluminum dissolution in food contact materials by ICP-AES. The samples were immersed in 4% acetic acid for 24h. According to the nature of the soaking solution, the operating conditions of the instrument and the wavelength of the aluminum element were optimized. The results showed that the recoveries ranged from 85% to 105% with the relative standard deviations of 1.1% -4.2% and the detection limit of 0.012 mg / L. The dissolution rates of aluminum in five kinds of food contact materials: aluminum products> stainless steel> Ceramic> Glass and Plastic.
