随着我国市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善,我国的投资环境不断得以改善,外资对我国的投资兴趣和信心也随之进一步加强。截止1996年6月底,16年来我国外商投资企业达273318家,协议外资额4416.54亿美元,实际使用外资1545.29亿美元,已连续三年成为仅次于美国的世界第二大海外直接投资接受国。与前几年相比,一个引人注目的变化是许多世界知名的跨国公司、财团纷纷来华设点,新一轮投资中国的热潮正在形成。
With the gradual establishment and improvement of the market economy system in our country, the investment environment in our country has been continuously improved, and the interest and confidence of foreign investment in our country has also been further strengthened. As of the end of June 1996, there were 273,318 foreign-invested enterprises in our country in 16 years with the contracted foreign investment of 441.654 billion U.S. dollars and the actual utilized foreign investment of 154.529 billion U.S. dollars. It has become the second largest recipient of overseas direct investment in the world after the United States for the third consecutive year. Compared with previous years, a noticeable change is that many world-renowned multinational corporations and consortia have set up their offices in China one after another and a new wave of investment in China is taking shape.
