我队××矿区ZK_(86)孔,施工至孔深690米时发生埋钻事故。在处理事故过程中又发生反丝钻杆折断。其断头由于强力提拔变形呈鸭咀状,并弯曲在溶洞中(如图1所示)。该孔上部下入φ108套管至270米。在溶洞416~420米处事故钻杆断头位于419.36米,其下均在φ91孔径中。由于事故头弯曲于溶洞中,上部又受φ108口径的限制,矢锥极不易对头。我们先采用弯钻杆带公锥去摸头,没有摸到。后改用钻杆勾子(用φ50园钢特制的)去捞
