采用无皂乳液聚合技术,以丙烯酸乙酯、苯乙烯为软硬单体,以丙烯酸-2-羟丙酯(HPA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为交联剂,制成一种水性复合软包装胶黏剂。研究结果表明:当w(HPA)=3.5%、w(GMA)=1.5%和w(KPS)=0.7%(相对于单体总质量而言)、反应温度为80℃—85℃、单体滴加时间4h、保温1.5h和w(H-874)=1.2%(相对于单体总质量而言)时,相应的水性软包装胶黏剂聚合反应平稳,综合性能满足使用要求。
Using soap-free emulsion polymerization technology, ethyl acrylate, styrene as soft and hard monomer, 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA), glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) Water-based flexible packaging adhesive.
