废弃油气井是油气田勘探开发的产物,由于后期对废弃井的处理方式的不妥当,对环境安全带来很大的风险,加之,受自然因素、技术因素或者人为因素的影响,国内各油田对废弃井的管理难度较大,所以对废弃井的一般处理方法是进行永久性封堵。目前国内解决废弃油气井永久性封堵的方式主要是通过打水泥塞封井,区别于树脂材料封井的方式,打水泥塞封井在封堵效果上存在一些差异,本文就两种封井方式的技术和应用进行比较,对废弃油气井的永久性封堵技术进行了探讨。

In addition, due to the influence of natural factors, technical factors and human factors, The management of abandoned wells is more difficult, so the general treatment of abandoned wells is to permanently block them. At present, the way to solve the problem of the permanent plugging of waste oil and gas wells in China is mainly by means of cement plugging, which is different from the way of resin material plugging. There are some differences in plugging effect between cement plugging and plugging. In this paper, Method of technology and application of the comparison, the waste of oil and gas wells of the permanent plugging technology were discussed.
